Book check-out processKindergarten students are allowed to check out 1 book which is kept in the classroom. First graders are allowed to check out 1 book and take it home with parent permission. Grades 2 - 5 are allowed to check out 2 books and take them home. All books are checked out for 1 week at a time. If a book is lost or damaged, parents are expected to pay for the replacement or repair of the book. Students will not be allowed to check out books if they have outstanding fines.

Laptops are available to all students, with a 1:1 ratio. Students engage in on-line programs such as Imagine Learning, Head-Sprout and Accelerated Reader. Students learn various keyboarding and computer skills.  All students are expected to listen to the instructors, follow directions, show good classroom behavior and respect and take care of the materials (manipulatives, books, computer workstations, printers, etc.)

The library space and laptop computer cart are also used for meetings for School Council, Parent Meetings, Book Fairs and Staff Professional Development.

Volunteers are always welcome! Please contact us on how you can make a difference in the life of a child. We look forward to seeing you soon!
